Is your question meant seriously or are you already making fun out of the Amazon offer?


You may know that the 4503D is IMHO not even worth its VP 230EUR in 2012 (already reduced / sell-out).

Cons:
- plastic gear DS76 + DS76T (tail) servos
- 3800kv motor which gets bad / corrupt bearings <100 flights (had just a view flights in 2012 + 2015 on it)
- no BeastX FBL system
- E-Flite ESC with no governor (at least this works nevertheless)
- flybar has to be replaced on each crash and adjusted


The 450X V2 sell-out at ~380EUR with H3050 + H3060 MG servos, revised motor (if that is true) + BeastX was really a much better price for its provided quality electronics.

Don't make the failure to look for 300CFX - it has the same DS servos and again one of those EFlite motors.


The Blade 450 frame is not acceptable to me neither.
It does NOT brake itself (2-3 crashes so far) but always at the left front landing skid mount.
You may work around that with strips and not screwing it to the frame.

But all other helis like 360X, KDS 450, Storm450, [Gaui X3 too???], T-Rex 450...they all use a 2nd landing gear bottom plate and alu mounts to the main frame.
So Blade used the "wrong frame concept" for their plastic 450s and now they are discontinued anyways.


BTW: With KDS 450 you get the whole kit for about ~120EUR, Gaui X3 kit ~230EUR.
KDS 450 BD (seen at one DE reseller shop) e.g has got a nice KDS BNF offer for ~250-300EUR (you can choose N300 servos) including electronics, motor, ESC, KDS V1 FBL.

if someone buys that for 700.00 they are way stupid. I wouldn't give you $200 for it.. as the person above said, the pro and cons of that heli more cons then anything however switched to a FBL head, new servos, it is a great heli. servos are junk. and its fly barred.

Sorry. I was 99% sure it was a bad deal and thought it was funny.
Your rap is more positive than mine cause my frame is always prying apart at the tail. I upgraded mine and it's the most powerful heli ever owned and a blast to fly. Still flybarred too! It was just the motor, esc, and servos that had to go!!!!
