Default 250 servo arms and zyx-s
Whats the measurement on your cyclic servo arms on a 250? Which hole are you using? Just curious!

I don't have a 250, but I've read about others using ~10mm for their servo arms on cyclic. Sounds about right?

Right now they are at 14mm and seem to be really touchy,so i will knock it down a couple to 12 and try that! Thanks for the help,just trying to get this dialed in right,it's going into an f3c fuse!

14mm won't even work in a 450, so it's definitely too much for a 250. I always suggest you start short and increase the servo arms only if you can't get the pitch range you're after.
