As far as a tutorial goes I haven't seen one, but I know there is a sub for guys that wind their own motors. That may be a good place to ask. I know that winding motors is a skill set that I have yet to develop and need to. I can handle fixing the 3 in 1's now, but I have yet to get a motor that has gone out and needs a rewind.

It might be worth mentioning that usually if a motor is single phasing there is a good amount of vibes associated with it as well.

Another thought I had was maybe your timing isn't set right on the esc, maybe try lowering it a bit and see if that helps, if it's advanced too much the motor maybe fighting itself.

If your battery voltage is still up past 3.7 and your not getting enough power it almost has to be a motor or even a fet that drives them. it's frustrating for sure and I fell your pain, my 2 cpx's go through motors and fets pretty regularly, but I usually log close to a 100 flight a week with them. It's always a constant struggle.

I agree with you on all of the above which leaves me still lost I did replace the tail R1 motor fits and it's worked since I replaced it and it hat doesn't get hot or anything so who knows maybe it's not on there that good I don't know I'm definitely not qualified for this type of diagnosis and repair. But anyway thanks guys for all your input I'll let you know when it burns up or I mean start flying

Lol, keep at it, this is how we end up developing the skills to keep these things going in tip top. The micros are especially difficult and finicky sometimes.

Another thought is the tail wire harness may have insulation breakdown and making contact with the carbon boom.

I have no idea how to lower the timing or even heck it

Now with new Batteries and my Blade pitch cranked way up it now climbs until I add input, if I try to go up it looses altitude. I know Im missing something very obvious because that is telling me the motor has the power to go up .

Im cross eyed at this point...

Awesome, drop the head speed a bit and it won't be so much of a handful. The brushless upgrade will pay for itself soon by not having to replace as many motors. I have been getting right around a month with the brushed motors, pretty good considering I putting close to 400 flights a month on them. The last ones I put in last weekend are all ready hurting a little bit but I'm finally conquering inverted orientations.

The cpx has been great for breaking down barriers I've had the past year. A few more days of decent flying weather or if I find a good indoor spot, I will have my inverted circuits going strong. I've been able to Sim this stuff for months now but just couldn't transition it to IRL.

Once I get it all locked in I'm sure there won't be anything left of this heli, but I won't be disappointed in the least. It has been thoroughly thrashed and pounded into submission. I have a second one I have a bit of work left to do on so when this one can take no more I get a fresh start.
