Default Shaking before lift off

Hi. New to the hobby- when the heli is about to rise off the ground it starts to shake. The shaking is pretty significant, almost a bouncing back and forth. Once the heli lifts off it is wobbly for lack of better terminology.

Any help would be a greatly appreciated.

Mine will do that when the root of the blade is too large and it binds when the heli is spinning up. The only solution I've found is to sand the root down a little.

Wobble? do you mean the disk is oscillating like a spinning plate about to fall off a stick?

Are they stock blades?
How do you have your gyro set?
Is the flybar centered, are the paddles at 0 to 5deg. positive pitch?
Is the tail rotor blades parallel to the main rotor shaft? (my u-fly runs best when the tail blades when in the 12 o-clock position are pitched around 2 deg clockwise)
