Doc we will miss you. You are one of the Cypher bunch. He may be standing beside us while we fly, he will be the movement we catch out of the corner of our eyes.\

Well I start work on Monday, same job, same company, same pay, suppose to be better attitudes now. They have made a bunch of changes that are suppose to make it a better place to work.

Looking forward to getting a few bucks rolling in. I could use all sorts of little stuff. That will have to wait though. In the last 2 1/2 months, I have gone through just over 2K in medical for my Mom. Amazing how you figure out how to get the money when you really need to.

Congrats on getting back to work Dru. I'm sure it's a big relief.

I agree with the above. Im new to Helis but this looked great value. I have had a few crashes as i'm still learning but its easy to repair..I have bent two main shafts and destroyed one tail so far!! I bought the complete kit again to cannibalise for spares which was on sale in the UK for £65.00 which is a bargain. It seems well made and pretty solid. Im practising a bit more on the Blade MCPX before taking the Cypher on its next flight as the micro handles the mishaps a bit better

You've made a good choice with the Cypher. It's a great heli to learn on as the kit and parts a very inexpensive. I will say stock up on main shafts [they're very soft and bend easily], spindle shafts, main gears [even when I use throttle hold, I seem to strip them a lot in a crash]. Tail booms are good to have also. As you said, it's very easy to work on/repair. What are you using for electronics, just out of curiosity.

+1 on that ... main parts are Gears and shafts.I think I have actually gone through more gears than shafts though.. maybe that's just me

Yes, it does appear to be dancing bacon, although what bacon really has to dance about, I don't know...

Hand is doing .. well.. sucks , truthfully, ..wont ever be able to bent the tip and its swollen (still) ,and crooked.. sometimes a bit painfull but not alot.
BUT, on the bright side, i can still fly and ride my harley.. oh ya, i just bought a new bike so the thumb problem is last on my "think about it list"

no worries.. i'll be fine. thanx for asking

Nice bike, Kevin! Nice thumb too. At least you still have it and have use of it. I'm sure as time goes by, it'll be less sore and more flexible. And hey... best part is you can still fly [and ride] !

Thanks Kevin, I will pick it up on Tuesday. I work 7:30am to 4:00pm and the post office closes at 4:30. Hard to drive 63 miles in 30 minutes. I have done it on my bike though

I ride a 2006 Suzuki SV1000. Sweet machine.
