Default Everything settled

Made a deal and sent him $100 for a heli, made a few excuses why it took so long to ship. Last I heard from him was that he was shipping the heli out on the 30th. I have asked a couple time for the tracking number but no response. I am giving him until the end of today. I figured if he shipped it out via ground it usually takes a week. If I have nothing, don't have too high of hopes, PP claim will be started.

He does not have any other items for sale and in new so not much to go off of. Just an FYI.

Good deal. The seller was online here a couple of days ago, so I'd be pretty sure he's capable of communicating with you if he so desires. Maybe the PP claim will shake him loose.

Just got a PM from his saying it was mailed out on Monday. He said I should have it by tomorrow. I told him once the item arrived I would stop the claim, until then proceeding as planned.

Exactly and good lesson for others as well. This is the only way it should be handled, seen buyers drop a claim before item is in hand and end up with empty promises from seller. Once the claim has been dropped there is no way to make a second claim for the same transaction. Hope your seller does follow through.

So do I. Especially if he plans on selling other items here. Not the best way to start out your feedback score.
