Default 600 3d lost the belt...

So I lost the belt on the 600 3d last nite. Thankfully I was able to safely auto her down no damage. My question is why did it skip over the tail drive gear and between the tensioner. Did I not have the belt tight enough?

IT wasnt tight...! its better to put 2 bearings as a tensioner in order to touch all the belt.. there it can go anywhere..

Default bearings

check out your tail shaft bearing. I kept having this problem and replaced the bearings and it went away.
