I run the Nano 3300 25C batteries on my 6HV AND my Atom 5.5 with much success. I'm flying that battery on my 5.5 on the video located herehttps://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=260097After 5 minutes, batteries come down warm, not hot and around 3.78V per cell. I tend to use 2300mAh.After 5m on my 6HV, I have only used 1800mAh MAX and the voltage is more like 3.8V per cell. The batteries are markedly cooler on the 6HV.I can't wait until spring. I'll be trying the Punch RC 3300 35C packs. They all weigh the same @ 488g per battery.

i thought about getting the punch too they only 20 bucks more over the nano 3300 25c and the punch ones have a higher C rating so the extra cost is justified
after what TheBum said about if i want to use the packs for my 500 and the 6HV im better off with a higher C ratting and the Punch packs are like a happy medium at 3300 35C-70 so they perfect for both my heli...

The Bum,
Would you be able to add "Rhino 3700mAh 25C" to the FBL frame section? Or any other HF support staff able to do so. Thanks.

I can take care of it. Will they only fit in the FBL frames?

That's cool! I do have a couple of those kciking around. They're heavy though at 590 grams each. How's the CG? I haven't finished my build due to delayed BeastX shipment so I can't really check the true CG yet myself.
Seems like your 6HV is on rails! Very nice! And that means that I can use those Rhinos in the 6HV. How much MAH did it take out of this flight? |

hi guys
I'm the guy in the video, I have the atom 6hv and I have flown with Turnigy Battery 3000mAh to 3300mAh 40c 35c 30c 20c 30c and 25c 3700mah rhino, the rhino is the best, the center of gravity is pefect, weight is not noticeable and the bug has plenty of power, also took the microbeast, perfect, the canopy should be withdrawn slightly back holes. Sorry I do not speak English or am writing, I go with the google translator, you have some`of my bug and a video [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZbZp-f2AdQ[/ame] [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ava1jXapIjQ[/ame] [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uG2OUkwWsY[/ame] also say that the best blades that proved to this creature are Torsion extremeI tried too, radix, edge, align, I'll stick with torsion extreme FBL is the beast, and conbinated to lipo rhino 3700 25c........indomitable¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ |

Maybe an idea to put the weight of all battery's in the first post of this topic?
Make's it easy to find and compare the right size and weight for your setup... Turnigy NT 2650 25-50 weighs 380 gram including ec5 connector. When i'm home from work i will check the Turnigy 2650 40c with ec5 connector. |

Longmax Tipple 3000mah 20c fit the FB frame so they should also fit the FBL frame.

Pretty sure the canopy wouldn't fit over those, and even if it did it would be very nose heavy.

It's not that easy. A pack can be too long, too wide, too tall, or any combination of the three. In each case, the packs will press against the canopy in different ways. You could compare the dimensions of yours against the ones in the list and if it's the same size or smaller than one of them in all dimensions, it'll fit.
