Default Tempest 3D Blades don't fold

I have a new Tempest 3D with some SAB 710s. When fitted, they don't fold back. The blade hub, is too 'square' and hits on the bolt that goes into the spindle. This bolt is about 1mm proud of the inside of the blade holder. Is this normal or did I do something wrong?

Normal. Modify the shape of the blade hubs so they will fold. I would check the balance.

I have always just rounded the corners on the root of the blade slightly. Then checked for balance during the process. It is not hard to match them back up just by taking the same amount off each root. I use a Dremel with a sanding drum.
