Glad that you fixed it!

I'm wondering why you have this throttle curve though. When vBar gov is on, throttle value below 50% will not start the motor unless you have idle bail-out set in which case throttle value between ~10-50% will not start motor. But after heli has been at governed HS for some time, throttle value within such throttle range will slow motor down to idle.

That is true, at 51% the motor starts.
This curve was for testing, as suggested by other helifreaker. I now have 93% straight curve for spooling up. Works just awesome

You're just trying to manually give 51% throttle value to tell vBar run the lowest possible HS at first, but vBar still relies on motor off value to determine how much throttle to start sending to ESC. It's no different than setting a flat 51% flat throttle curve for normal mode just for spoolup and then flip to idle1/2 for normal flying HS after the 1st few rotations. The best way is still to fine-tune motor-off value properly and then there's no need for a non-flat throttle curve.
