what charger would you recommend to charge multiple 10 cell 5000mah packs?
at a fast rate ?

Cellpro 10XP will do the trick..

Can provide 600W output if input supply is 30V DC.
You would need to build or modify parallel charging leads to do more than one pack at a time.
