Default Maiden my warp today : two problems

Hi,
first problem : when autorotation switch is on, tail blades stop to rotate immediately. The main blades continue to rotate as usual. I think that one-way bearing was preassembled in factory in the autorotation hub in the wrong direction.
Second problem : the main shaft is moving up and dowm despite mast lock collar was well tightened. (main shaft in the wrong direction ?)
Need you advises , Please.
Thanks

1: the tail is driven by the motor, not the oneway bearing. So what you are describing is Norma. The warp still autos very well, it just doesn't have tail control.

2: loosen the main shaft collar, pull up on the shaft while pushing the collar down, and then tighten the collar. If you still have play, then either your bearings are toast, or you might be missing the shim between the lower bearing and main gear?

Hi!!
Non driven tail is just that, it gives the ability of operating the tail in trade of extra low drag main rotor, super easy to overspeed/keep the speed on a auto. You can slow down on the auto like on a bigger heli, no need to bring it in a rush.

Regarding the main shaft, yes you could check if it is reversed somehow. Or it may have felt down a bit when you were tightening it, probably?

Appropriately responded above. Just a couple of notes to add. The shorter hole to end should be at the bottom if the main shaft is on right. Also the top of the shaft should be flush to the top of the main rotor hub.
