Thanks for the info sir! Is the canopy red or yellow? Also is the shimming of the gears etc. required or just something you do? I don't really have many parts laying around so if I had to I'd have to find some shims. Thanks again!

Default FINALLY!

I got a red canopy

Shimming is required if you don't want to strip gears, although you might be right since the nitro doesn't have much power compared to the e's where I have stripped gears.

Did the kit come with the 115T pinion or does that have to be purchased seperately?

Thanks!

Justin

Default Parts price

Any chance they will lower the price of parts and make a crash kit comparable to the e700. Just to purchase a new tail it costs me over $110. Wish they offered a plain metal tail boom and boom supports!

I highly doubt it, they fly great, but crash expensively

I still find the raptor to crash better than any other helis I've owned, they are built like a tank, other than the boom they are quite cheap to rebuild.

A slightly cheaper solution is to buy booms in bulk from heli Kraft with there 50 percent special or use a mikado logo 800 boom and cut it down
