I imagine it gets old when you try to do right and the boss doesn't like it.
Just my thoughts on the differences of the owner and guy hired to make his company better. :wink:

Just glad he is coming back up here to the NW.
I don't know Doug that well, but the time I have spent with him tells me Century lost out.
