This is a basic ECCPM Model setup. The reversing and servo layout is set for Miniature Aircraft Helicopters.

This setup uses a GV-1 governor set to "off" in normal, and 1750 in idle up 1&2. Also it is set up for the GY601 gyro in AVCS mode at 38%. Switch E is condition (Idle, 1, 2) switch F is governor off override, switch G is throttle hold, Switch H is throttle cut when the throttle stick is at idle.

The setup is very simple and a good base point to work off of.

Thanks Eric

I just got my 14MZ today. I have a Spectra with 601 and GV1 I'll let ya know how close it is on the spectra and if I need to make any changes I'll post them.

Also have you noticed that the throtlr stick doesnt appear to go full travel ?? Mine doesnt go all the way to the last white index mark.

The throttle stick travel is reduced in both the 14MZ as was the 9Z. You notice it because the lines do not line up, but they are the same travel. It took me a while to get use to it as the 9C has full travel. Don't ask me why they did that, it is just the way it is. If you want full travel, you need to send it to Hobbico and have them remove the limiters and recalibrate it. I still may do that, I just do not have the time now. I really can not say if I like it reduced or not, it is just different.

Ya let me know if there is anything messed up in there! I think that setup is pretty decent, but for some reason we loaded up one and the gov was reversed, but worked in my radio fine... not sure what happened there.

Good luck and let me know how it is going!

I could easily mod my setup just a bit and get it right for standard mix. The rest of the setup will be the same. I will see about doing that tonight or tomorrow.

later,

Eric,
By chance do you have your Ion-X model that we could download
I know it is very close to the same as the fury one you done but the Throttle curves and we don't need the Gov part

These are my files for the 3D MP, Avant EFX and Hirobo Mini Lama.
Please note that all of them are in mode 1.
- The Avant is setup for the Gy611 and TJ Rev Max so idle up 1&2 have a straight 100% throttle curve.
- the 3D MP is setup for the CSM 720.
Both of them are setup for 0° at center stick and have a linear pitch curve.
The difference beethween idl up 1&2 is that in idle 2 you have a slower tail.
bye
