Default Voltage Error. Is my 208B toast?

I Just bought a kit that included a 208B charger. The batter the hell came with is a thunder power 1750mah 45c. This is my first time using a more advanced charger like this. I think I'm doing it right, but every time I try to charge I get an error. In regular "charge" mode I get either the error "Voltage error" or "low voltage" depending on which port I plug it into on the board. (see pic)

Is my battery bad?
Is my charger bad (I found one other post that suggested this)?
Am I an idiot and am just using the thing wrong? (very likely) I've got the manual but can't understand it at all....

I'm not seeing a pic?

Make sure to connect the balance lead from the LiPo.

I'm guessing you have a balance board? Maybe like this:

You'd connect to the Thunder Power (TP) plug on the board (they use "weird" balance plugs).

Then make sure you're selecting a Balance Charge, not just Charge. Leave the cell count set to Auto. Make sure the main lead is plugged into the charger, and the balance lead, then try to the charge again.

More info on what you have, and how you're connecting it, will help. It's kinda overwhelming at first, but it'll make sense soon enough

Ask any questions. This site has great info on charging, definitely worth a read:

OK. Move the balance lead from the LiPo to the plug on the left-hand side of the picture. On the side of the board with the "-" mark next to the big balance plug that goes to the charger.

A1, or B1, depending on whether it's 2S (A1) or 3S (B1).

You always put the first pack lined up with the "-" end of the board. The charger kind of starts counting cells from that end, starting at the "-" terminal.

If you plug a 3S into the "-" end (B1), the charger sees cell 1, cell 2, cell 3, then nothing. And it's happy.

If you plug a 3S into B2, for instance, it sees nothing at cell 1, nothing at cell 2, nothing at cell 3, then suddenly a cell 4, 5, and 6 appear. That looks suspicious (maybe you just forgot to plug something in), so the charger gives an error.

Balance boards like this, as opposed to parallel boards, are quite confusing.

Please, to avoid damaging something, do not plug 2 batteries into this balance board at once. You *can* charge that way, but only with a special, series-charging cable, and it has to be done very, very carefully. Despite all the plugs, for now, consider this as a one-pack-at-a-time board.

Get a parallel board or cable if you want to charge multiple packs at once.

Thanks so much! The link was great, the balance board info was helpful, and the solution was I did not know I had to connect the main leads on the lipo. Found the adapter in the bag.

I would like to find a board/adapters for my blade 200srx lipos. Where is a good place to look for these? How do I know I'm buying the right one?
