Bob,
In the first system menu video when you were discussing the battery failsafe you made a few mistakes on how that actually operates, but I didn't see it corrected in the later videos.
Battery Failsafe sets a voltage at which the receiver will pulse the throttle servo on a recurring cycle and the led will turn red as an indication that the onboard battery voltage is dangerously low, it has no affect on where the other servos are or where they go.

You sure you not confusing what I said about fail safe? I thought I said battery fail safe would shut the throttle servo only? Just like Futaba does it while regular fail safe handles all the servos and what you set them to.

I am in Hawaii right now on a slow connection so cant really download it to see.

I'm sure. You state that battery failsafe goes to the positions defined in failsafe including throttle. I know you know that's not how it works, but just mispoke during the taping, I just wanted to point it out, so someone unfamiliar with Airtronics, wouldn't think it acts like a brownout for battery failsafe.

Has anyone tried it on e-ccpm helis?
I'm curious if it has swash dancing behaviour when moving the collective stick up and down quickly?

Quick question. There's three total connections on a stero jack correct? With 1 being the farthest one inside a female jack, 2 being the inner band, and 3 being the longer band closest to the opening which ones am I hooking up to? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure you are connecting to the tip and middle band, based on the depth of the tabs in my headphone jack. Try it that way, if it does not work try the tip and the other band.

Changing the Modes on this radio would be helpful to some. For instance changing from Mode 1 to Mode 2 etc

I ended up figuring it out. Did all my solder connections clean and proper but I am getting a little jumpiness on a couple channels. Nothing drastic but you can see it in the Pheonix calibration menu. Not sure what that's all about. I ended up ordering the Airtronics adapter from Pheonix just in case. It was pretty cheap.

If you ordered this one... http://www.ekmpowershop4.com/ekmps/s...dapter-6-p.asp ... it will not work. That is not for the SD-10G. As far as I know they do not make one for the SD-10G yet.

If you are getting glitching on the sim you probably have a bad connector somewhere or the headphone jack is not properly mating up with the male headphone plug.

Well heck. That sucks. That's the one I ordered. Oh well. I made a second adapter using completely different ends thinking the same thing and still had the exact same issues with the glitching. It really isn't that bad at all. It's mostly on channel 6 and you can just barely see the heli having a slight pitch glitch. Doesn't really affect flying at all. I can just see it if I bring the heli in close to hover. I guess it's just one of those things where I know it's not perfect and it bothers me. Thanks for the help though.

You can order http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.11996 and solder as I explained earlier. Under $8 including shipment, no brainer.

I've just flown my regular heli with this radio, it is pretty amazing in the feel.
Can't deny it was a very pleasant surprise after spending an afternoon relearning the programming.

Today I noticed that one of the switches is bent. Tried to straighten it, almost succeeded before it broke.

Does anybody know, is it possible to replace the switch without sending the radio to Airtronics?
