Default headspeed too low

so... after my last protos500 rekit which destroyed my trusty ice 100 esc, i found nice deal on yge80lv esc...

problem is, im getting WAAAAAY too low headspeed... mr mels calculator says, i should be able to get up to 2600hs, but im getting max 2200 (i mean heli barely lifts at 80% throttle, and i can clearly see blades spinning slowly at 60%)

first time i tried without blades, and on storage charged battery, heli wasnt even able to lift off, today i tried with blades on and 4.2v, now is better but still waaay too low!

only thing i didnt do was calibrating end points... just did that by mr mels metod...and it didnt help.

has anyone had to go up in pinion size when switching from castle to yge?

p.s. but on the good note, governor is much beter than castle! castle was bogging like crasy on such headspeed, while yge is ALMOST rock solid... cant wait to figure what im doing wrong!

Did you calibrate endpoints using the Prog Card or the sticks?
