Default 3in1 looses power when I arm / attempt spool up

Title says it, i have a mild kit, when I arm the esc the 3 in 1 looses power... Then it comes back on. When I try to spool up it looses power again. It's odd.. The blue light turns off, the main doesn't spin the the blue light turns back on.

Another odd thing is that my motor beeps are very faint. Problem with my motor maybe?

Cold solder joints or bad batteries are a couple of things to look for.

I have tried many different batteries.
Also I don't think cold solder joint would cause the main board to loose power since the bat goes directly to it

Check that the motor wires aren't touching each other as well, especially if using the plug as the prongs spin in the plastic. If the lights dim out and the tones are faint it is most likely a wiring or a power issue. Make sure the the gear mesh isn't too tight as well.

Doh, that was it. Should have seen that. They were just barely touching coming off of the esc

Those plugs are bad news. Adds weight and has the potential to touch each other like you experienced.

Luckily it only reset the board and not fry anything.
