It is either .9mm or more likely 1.3mm. Do yourself a favor and don't second guess the onslaught of recommendations that you will be getting to buy MIP Thorp drivers like I did. I finally got mine after many a members suggestions and holy these guys were right. The MIPs are tough as nails compared to align drivers.

The MIP Thorps are just about a must on the 250.

Ebay is probably the easiest and cheapest way. Got my .9mm and 1.3mm there. http://www.ebay.com/itm/MIP-9013-1-3...item5892531dea

No matter where you look it all seems to average out to about $15 with shipping. Not cheap but I am definitely a believer now. No more stripping screws or driver!

The smallest allen key in the kit WILL fit that setscrew. The first time trying to get the wrench in the setscrew it will fit snug. I believe the main shaft lock collar used the same wrench and it starts hard in that setscrew as well. It just needs to be worn in a little. Unlike the 1.3 driver Align supplies, which seems too loose from the getgo
