YGE settings for 2520-1360

So I'm running 8pwm 18° on stock YGE ESC, but my motor is running really hot (sometimes too hot to touch), and I'm only flying for 5min at 2800rpm.
Also, every time it starts up, it does at least a 90° turn, not sure how to fix that (startup speed is auto 1-32%)

I've heard from the warp forums someone finding 9pwm 24° was the best for his, I'd like to know about you guys. It's kinda annoying for me to try settings out because I glue the throttle wire to the FBL, as it once caused a crash coming out in fast backwards flight.

I'll also be running a 2520-1880 on a YGE ESC in a week or so in my new Gaui X3 so it would help for that one as well.
