Default telematery R7003SB help

The futaba Temp. sensor instructions says that it has to go into port 1. So I programed port one to S-bus2 and the sensor showed up it will not read in port 4 set to S-bus. So there is no program port set up to have my vbar pluged into S-bus and the temp sensor in port 1 set to S-bus 2.

Were is every one putting there temp. sensors on this RX?

The R7003SB receiver only has 1 possible SBUS.2 port. When you hold the receiver in front of you, it's the UPPER LEFT port. I find the instructions confusing.

Cheers

The ports are programmable. My problem is the port configuration I need is not available.

The instructions do not say it has to go into Port 1 of your receiver. They're referring to the slot assignments in your radio (under the telemetry page). See Page 32 of the manual (http://manuals.hobbico.com/fut/14sg-manual.pdf)

The sensor should be plugged into the SBUS2 port of the R7003SB receiver.

It is possible to change the mode of the R7003SB and remap the SBUS2 port to be Port 1. But there doesn't appear to be a reason for you to do this.

Have you tried relinking it.
I found when i set up the battery voltage telemetry i had to relink the receiver for it to work.

I have not messed with the temperature sensor myself, so I can only go by the manual.

Assuming this is the only sensor you're plugging into the S-Bus2 port, it shouldn't require any additional steps.

In your 14SG's telemetry screen, is the temperature window displayed, just not working as seen on page 91 of the manual?
