700E build up

Ok I need to put a price list together for the old lady to aprove for my B-day present.
I want a 700 electric but I want to go scale with it. So here is what I want to do. You guys know more than me so what do I need to get to complete this build.
700 Rex
RC Aerodyne 5 blade head
lighting heli 5 blade head ( not sure on who to go with)
scale blades from who?
esc
700 size painted body
light kit
will i need to upgrade the motor for the extra weight and torque needed to turn the head.
voltage regulator
gyro
batteries (will i need to run 2 do to weight)
dx7 radio (extra switch for lights)
would a 4 blade tail rotor like on the 530 be better than the 2 blade on the 500?
don't need the best of the best but something that will work and will take what I want to do but don't want to go cheap either.
small trailer to haul it around got that covered already...........
