How to open the top part of a BL9180?

I need to replace the gear set of a BL9180. But I'm not able to disassemble the top part of the case. I removed all the screws from both the top (the two black screws) and the bottom (the 4 long screws) but the top part doesn't disassemble. And I don't want to apply force if I don't know what I'm doing.

Yes i have the exact same problem..I have the spare replacement gears BUT i do not know how to get to them. I have also unscrewed the 2 black ones and the 4 silver ones...then how to open the top case....
Does anyone here know how to open to replace the gear set??

Figured it out just now. First remove the 4 silver screws and the 2 black screws. Just below the top case is a black rubber seal. Remove this seal either by just cutting it with a exacto knife/hobby knife and then use a flat head screw-driver and place it in the fine space where the rubber seal was and twist the flat head screw-driver and the top case will pop open.....you will have access to all the gear sets for replacements.
