Hi:

"Whenever appropriate, we'll shorely be depending on all of you guys to support us and direct new potential customers to the FMA Forum anytime inquiries are made in this FSU forum regarding Flight Stabilization.

We see pro's and con's to both approaches. It seems to have worked out pretty well for us over on RCG despite the same kinds of reservations to have our own Forum, despite the same kinds of reservations. I think it will work here as well. And soon we'll post hot links from our website homepage and email campaigns.

Thanks in Advance for your help and support!

For those like pril worried about people not seeing something about the CPII on the general stabilization forum, I made a simple suggestion on that forum to the moderator, that should solve that problem, if implemented ! Go to that Forum to see my suggestion!

Whilst I can see that being a potential issue too, my main issue was that I will not get exposure to the general forum anymore. I have a habit of frequenting several particular forums, one of which was flight stabalisation, where I enjoyed such threads as the lab, amongst others. However my main reason for visiting the forum was to look at the CPII threads, and used to simply browse the other threads out of general rather than specific interest. I intend to continue looking at the CPII forum, but I cannot be bothered now adding another forum to the list of those I frequent, as I have no specific interest. As I mentioned previously this is not insurmountable, I could subscribe to the Flight Stabalisation forum too, but since I have no specific interest in there anymore, I probably won't. My choice, and I'm sure I'll miss some interesting things, but I have no particular reason to go there now. Never mind.

Cheers

Sutty

Well, if at least the CPII forum was made a sub forum of the general stabilisation forum then you could always 'back page' to the main to keep up with the general interests and news. Making it a completely independent list confirms Sutty's posting.

hi Pri, hi Sutty
I respect your opinions, but don't fully understand them. Every MAJOR manufacture has their own forum but according to you, they should all be in one forum under
RC EQUIPMENT , and even though I have Spektrum, I will at least get exposed to the problems and questions of Futaba owners. Yes, that makes sense.

Just ignore them, Roger. It's just typical British unwillingness to change (they call it maintaining a tradition, but I got their numbr down at least a decade ago).

Thanks for clearing that point up oh and the enlightenment, may be there should be a separate 'British' Forum

Naaah, Pril, we woudn't leave our British brethen on their own, what would you do without Yanks? Probably still be debating whether it was worth abandoning the tradition of riding a real horse to the iron version
