Hi

has anyone used the 4S charger which comes with the kit to charge other 4S packs (3200-3700mah) ? It looks like the charger is charging individual cells and monitoring the voltage of each. The electronics look fairly impressive compared to other balancers. I have two of these chargers and would like to modify one for other purposes if it is feasible. By this I mean re-connect the output wires to some other plugs to suit other packs

Each pair of connections on the charger is a pos and neg for each cell in the battery, so I reckon you can, I was thinking about doing it myself but the other way around. That is, using a different charger to charge the Hirobo batteries. I couldn't be bothered now unless I stumble across some very cheap Hirobo batterys, thinking 5s for my next lot anyhow...
