Default ... What speed control are you running in your Shogun/Zoom?

Ok folks, since I am in the process of buying a brushless setup for my Shogun, I thought this might help me make a decision on what to buy.

CC 25 seems great. I have the USB Hookup on order and when it comes in I'll have my Laptop and it at all the events I attend so people can easily check out and program their CC Speed Controllers. It does from the Phoenix 10 and up.

Got it on the way from Mac Hodges. Thanks Mac!!

The USB link is abour 24 bucks, you think it worth the fee? The program is easy to

use?

Triton on AtlantaHobbies (or HobbyPeople) for about 109.

There are good deals on www.rcmart.com also.

Regards

the usb is handy for programming. I've done one both ways as well and after you get a feel for the blinks, it goes a lot easier.

I prefer the usb personally. it also lets you do your own updating on your speed controller's firmware.

That´s cool

Guys, I´m in a middle of a choice: Himaxx 4200 or the 400HD from just go fly.

Some sayd that 400HD gets hot lot easer and drains power muuuuuuch faster than

Himaxx.

What do U all think about it?

Regards

Didn't see the BL motor you are talking about, but he has the MPI HiMax,

HA2025-4200 20 42 61 2 mm Direct 25A 4166

Go with that and the CC25 and you are in business. You will also need a heat sink to go around the motor.

If you wanna buy smething there, tell Javier (sales chief) and you´ll be must than well treated. Shipíng for USA is about 2,50...
Regards.
