Take a sanding block and go at the seam. If you see your are starting to get into the FP or CF laminates STOP. Hopefully it is just the seam.

Just removed the blade and put the old and new together with the bolt and the root tip needs to be rounded on the trailng edge. I'll give it a try. Other than that the ProTek blades balanced perfect which suprised me. Thanks Bob

Build's looking good, Bob! If you sweat the details like me, and I know that you do, you'll end up with one very smooth machine.

Yep coming soon... My issues have been gear. I will be going back to using a OS 50 as I had an early KME and it's back getting updated. Also had a bad servo from an order (while shooting servo setup) and replacement is on it way.
ALSO I got the new Airtronics SD-10G that I am going to use in this heli to show a heli setup so I have been learning this radio and plan to do full vids on it. Anyway it just got put on hold for a couple weeks. Updates to come soon. Bob

As soon as funds come available, I'm gonna get my grubby hands on 2 of them. Even with shipping, 2 of these cost the same as my Sceadu 50.
Well maybe a little more. Gotta get crash parts:o

Yes work and too many funflys in the last 2 months, the AT radio vids as I am using it in this heli, equipment issues, etc. I still have not gotten my KME engine back yet so I am probably just going to use an OS 50 hyper for now. Seems like every year around this time, I run out of time! Just like last year my vids took a lot longer to get done.
This heli will be my priority to finish by mid November though! I have another heli coming and want to finish that one by Xmas Bob

Could anyone explain please how the pitch control works on this heli?
It's advertised as having 3 links and a 90degree swash, the elevator lever is set into the frame and I cannot see at all how the third servos is going to change the pitch.. Any photos/diagrams etc?

The front servo moves opposite to the two rear servos. Move front down, back two go up, rotor pitches forward.
