I guess it should be also visible during the fast pitch pumping. I had the same issue with VBar gov.

That means that the caps are drawing too much current on initialization.

I would try the slew rate. gain on the govenor while it may soften the stop at the new rpm wont affect it as much as slowing the ramp in rpm.

I will look at my prog disc when i get home. It is easy to find on the bluetooth module but i forget where it is on the progdisc. You are looking for something in ms (milliseconds) i think default is like 4000ms and 2000ms for up and down respectively.

That is why i am saying this will help but it sounds like a FBL setup issue. the govenor is quicker than the jive but is no different to a kosmik

The values are just times it takes to ramp between you arent tweaking settings that affect the performance of the govenor I would try spinning the tail around and doing a hard stop. It should show the same bouncing on stops.

From the HeliJive manual.

Quote:
4.3 Toroidal core
The toroidal core on the receiver cable allows
suppression of interference and must not be
removed from the cable for security reasons.
The JivePro manual isn't online yet but I'm sure it says something similar
