Kontronik US distributor
I had a major issue with my kosmik 160. I'd like to get in contact with someone in the US that I can talk to about servicing possibly replacing my kosmik. Can anyone give me some contact info?

If it's anything more than a firmware update I'm afraid you're stuck sending it back to Germany. I would contact the retailer you bought it from or send an email to: repair.USA@kontronik.com

If sending to Germany should be only like 10days or so from the time you ship it to when it's at your door.

I agree, it SHOULD be. A friend and myself had a bit of a different experience in practice, though. I really should not have said anything, I apologize. I absolutely love Kontronik and have their products in all my helis, but in all seriousness I do hope their turnaround time is improving.

Get in touch with Charles at Kontronik USA. Don't forget about the KONTRONIK USA PUP program. The will provide you with a loaner until yours is repaired
