Default New Stingray !!!
Hi, I just ordered a new Stingray !!!

I ordered from CY Hobbies but it said they could not ship batteries to Canada. What batteries should I order ? 4S 2200 MaH ?

I want to mount lights on it. Like front and back lights. To show orientation. And lights for night flying. Does anyone know what I need ?

I am running 4s 2250mah and get about 4 minutes or so on a battery. You might be able to go bigger if you don't care about the extra weight.

I bought some led light strips. Small white one for the front, small yellow one for the back, red for one side, green for the other side. I bought 2- 3S Lipo batteries.

They have night blades on CYH site. Do they only come in one color ?

Sadly yes . Hopefully Curtis will come out with some different colors in the future.

You will enjoy the Stingray. Really fun to fly and something different than a helicopter

I just picked up the clear canopy with graphics as well. Looks cool. Maybe put lights inside.

Not really that slow. CYH shipped it but I live in Canada. So I have to wait for everything at least two weeks or more. It is the distance plus customs that takes so long.

That's why it's taking me so long to finish my Rave Ballistic 700. I have had 8 or 10 shipments of parts and electronics with at least 2 week in between each. I am finally getting close to completion and then I can start setting it up. Then I will start on the Stingray.

I'm running Edge blades on the front and CY NTBs on the back. Curtis uses one battery in each blade so his blades light up orange whereas Edge uses two batteries so they light up white/blue. In the picture, the Stingray is hovering inverted above the photographer.
