I think anodized screws on the frame would be cool looking. What do you guys think?

You can do your own at home or ask a local shop to dump them in when they are doing a batch for someone else.

Best place to start is a visit to Casswell web page. They sell kits for the job.

Jeremy, the anodized screws will look good on the frame, but my experience with the aluminum and titanium screws were that the head snap from the thread easily under stress or over tightening.
Best to stay with the metal ones.

There was an article in the latest EAA magazine about a homebuilt helicopter that had a control failure due to weakening caused by anodizing the metal of an aluminum control tube . While anodizing screws would look cool, it does somewhat weaken the metal. As marginal as most of the screws we deal with are, it may not be worth it in the long run.

Everyone complains about stripping screws, I can imagine the complaints with Aluminum!

An answer to your query is to use those colored washers that you can buy for T rex or other such birds.
