Damn, I overlooked that feature. I could still use the traditional setup for the FPV and use the ContourHD for recording the HD, but, it would be nicer to have an all in one setup. I also like the time lapse feature on the GoPro. Maybe i'll go with the GoPro. Gotta get Crash9 to make a nice mount for the Trex500 for it.

Please don't cross-post to multiple threads, we tend to read the whole section. If someone knows, they'll respond. In this copy of your post, you refer to pictures you don't show. It's not even clear if your camera is a GoPro, the topic of this thread.

I'm impressed with how steady the video is for such a small camera. Good work!
I'm curious to know what anti-vibration mount you used, and where it was purchased if manufactured commercially.

Did you have to purchase the 600 Class RC Helicopter Standard Extended Landing Gear from http://fpvpilot.com/600StadardExtendedGear.aspx ? Or did you rig something with the stock landing gear?

I bought the extended landing gear from fpvpilots.com. I have now upgraded to Photoship Ones 2XPT mount for T-rex 600, and I can do some amazing stills. Still working on the movie, because I want to get a much better result than it is on this movie. This was a amateur clip, just for fun, but I want to do some more serious filming.

But thanks.

Great to hear. I've got that one on my wishlist with a Canon camera. But I'll have to put a hold on it when, if... I get more time.

Post some work sometime. I'd love to see it.

I will when I get my Futaba 10C!! I smoked my 6EXG the other day. OMG. And I am not in mood to check out the heli, when I know I can't fly until next week.
