love mine. i found only one bug in the software that i would like corrected but other then that its a very fast and locked in feeling radio. its alot better then the older version. to get the fastest speed from it u need the Maxima receivers.

Bubba, When is something from Hitec with more than 9 channels coming out? I love my old school A9 but I'm not going to upgrade until we have an A12 or an A14

Something has to be in the works, right?

It's coming guys be shown at toy fair this coming February. I've seen some renderings and some nice stuff in it. Be at the 18mz level. The current hitec system won't support fully over 9 channels so that's why there hasn't been anything yet. The new big radio that's coming will have the multiplex system which btw is very very good. And the hitec system this is what I know now.

I hope you don't mean the price level! Love the 18MZ, but that is waaaayyyy more than I would ever spend on a radio.

Also, When you say "will have the Multiplex system" does that mean that it will not be compatible with current Hitec components?

Thanks for anything you can share. I understand if you can not. Tommy

I can't answer that cause no one knows. It will have both the hitec system and mulitiplex so be able to use all the current hitec system rxs and telemetry sensors and also all the multiplex stuff too.

Default Aurora 9x anybody out there ???

I have been tossing the idea around for a new radio. Currently have the dx8, I have been eyeing out the graupner, 8fg and now the 9x.

I like the smaller radios, I have had the older 9 I'm my hands and boy it felt great.

I'm after a quality radio, gimbals, build and ease of use. Something that will last me 3-5yrs hopefully.

So far the 9x is looking more more my next purchase
