All Xera motors have two bearings at bottom and one at top. They will last long without maintenance. Spring washer is not something new, other motor manufacturers used them too. From angle on your photo it isn't clearly visible if your motor have equally spaced magnets. We talk about 0.2 to 1mm difference in magnet spacing. It will be better visible if you you do photo with direct look in can from end of shaft under right angle. I seen four Xera 4530 cans ( two was my own ) and none had equally spaced magnets.

They add this spring washer, actually never seen this before, they say it will reduce noise and lifetime.
motor really spin very smooth and quied.

3.
Magnets are very clean glued in, and nice secured with a crown.

4.
Stator is nicely done, handcrafted, looks they spend alot of work for this, winding looks nice also.

i cant see the magnets are any off like swalko said, specially with a crown its impossible,, AND at least they dont falling off from the can, like on some 800USD motors, if you know hat i mean
Looks very nice. What size bullets does it come with?

Indeed. However, was just checking as it seems like they might have been included.

About to try a 4535-460 in a 700e v3 using a 13T/110T gearing. Yes swapping in a 160A ESC. (-: I also have a 4530-500 that I will try. The 4539 is 535g. The 4535 is 620g.

A flight video. It is a 4530 not a 4535.

No need to photo, which is very in accurate in showing whether stator is well assembled, or centered, or magnets are symmetrically placed. The best way is to feel and count number of coggings per revolution, and the strength of the cogging.

perfectly manufactured 12N10P motor (width of teeth head ≈ width of magnet), will have 60 evenly strong coggings per complete revolution. My two plettenberg orbit has perfectly 60 evenly strong coggings. 3 scorpion HKIII4035, only one is kinda perfect 60 coggings; other two has 60 coggings, but not evenly strong.

Till now, i have never seen a 12N14P motor with 84 equally strong coggings....sad. normally they would show 14 coggings, or no clear coggings, indicating something is not symmetrical.

oh, just in case anyone does not know:
number of coggings = minimum multiple of "P" and "N".
but this is just a general rule, when width of teeth head is roughly equal to width of magnets.
when magnets are significantly wider than teeth head, there might be more coggings. for example, 12N8P should have 24 coggings per revolution, but when width of magnets reaches ~1.5X width of teeth, there could be 48 coggings.

Just noticed Xnova is really doing some useful work. Though it is simple equation, finally can see some useful parameter of motor on manufacturer's webpage.
http://www.xnovamotors.com/xnova-4530-450kv/

Best efficiency of a motor at certain voltage is achieved when copper loss = iron loss
iron loss ≈ Io*V
copper loss = Rm*I^2

best efficiency current I = (Io*V/Rm)^0.5
