Error on a New 720BE

I am switching from the blue to the black and opened the new black up and plugged it to the usb for the first time was gonna load my file on it and its got a error.I changed pc and usb cords 4 times reset it by the software and by the bind plug and still has the same error.I also hooked it to the esc and binded it to my radio still the same error.Says ERROR: SENSOR Then ERROR: TEMP. This is in my house and its 72 in here.

Make sure unit firmware and computer software are both updated. It the unit still has the old firmware then u will get a sensor error because the new software can't sync with units having the old firmware

I'd be angry too if it took almost 2 months to get a replacement for a dud out of the box.

Thats the way I feel if it was a trade in I could understand but not brand new and still waiting.I was also told this before I sent it.
On 6/24/2014 1:44 PM I apologize, but the unit needs to be replaced. We will have new units in about 10 days.

If you can send us a photo of the package before you mail it, and the receipt, we will send you a replacement as soon as we have them here even if your unit is still in the mail.

Done that and it was received on 7-7
