Hello everyone. Well I finally got myself a 7hv on the way from prostar! I had a 6hv before and then left the hobby for a little. Came back in and got my first goblin. Let's just say it's now sold. Hopefully this bird will make me remember why I choose compass. My 6hv flew better than any bird I've flown to date. Also want to comment on the customer service of nankin/prostar hobby. The kit I ordered had an error in the stock status so they actually didn't have one. They called me and said they should have them early next week and that if I wanted to wait they would refund me 10% of my order. Can't beat that. I can take not flying for a little longer! I ordered the kit with the upgraded tail and helical gears. Also came with the new v2 motor and blades. We will see how it goes! Can't wait!

ProStarHobby is great... I am hoping the stock availability issues are behind them.

You should find all the support you need right here. Can't go wrong with this airframe. Kit blades and motor are very good.

What will be your electronics selections?

I've got the new bk 8001hv on cyclic, a RJX FS0521THV on the tail, a spartan vortex vx1e for the gyro, the motor that comes with the kit, and the stock blades

you will love this heli. i too started off compass with an older 6hv and never bought another brand after that. If you dont have one already, get yourself a ball link sizer. a lot of guys complain about compass tail issues and its because of the tight ball links. this is a feature and not a design flaw. they are designed to be sized to fit perfect.

I resent the lack of a nitro version. LOL. Lyle's conversion is nice, but makes for an expensive project. I bought a very, very nice airframe for less $$ But, sorry, I hijacked and proceeded to digress.

Can't wait. Just got off the phone with prostar. They said the kits are in customs right now. The arrival time is late next week. I'm going to wait it out. I want this kit. I will wait for it

Slight change in this post.. I will have one of the first chronos kits in the us! Yes, I switched it up. Prostar offered me the chronos and I couldn't pass!

Its gonna be off the charts for you. It's presence in the air will make your heart skip a beat!!!!! I have had my 7hv since mid 2012 and to this day there isn't a flight in which it hasn't taken my breathe away!!!!!!!
