The AS3X does some weird crap sometimes. I'm thinking try to rearm it on a perfectly flat surface, (plug in the battery with the heli perfectly level on a surface and don't touch it). I don't know about how you're flying it, but assure that you are starting off perfectly flat on the aileron axis, which is going to be difficult on something that small. Might just have to learn to correct for it.

The flybarless system has a lot of interaction on the swash. You can fly around it but ive found stationary flips very difficult to perfect. Start with a half loop and when you can master that try and make the loops tighter and tighter. Thats how I did it and I can nearly do perfect stationary flips

Because of how small and how squirrly it is, the lean from tail rotor thrust is enhanced in the nano. That will add to it a little bit. You won't ever be rolling backwards or forwards on a flat axis, it will always be a little tilted. That coupled with the fast reactions you need to stabilize these small helis, can cause some problems. It's kinda like an auto with a 500. You have one shot, and if you mess it up, you're done.
