need help linking 6303 to 14sg

Having some issues linking the 6303sb with the 14sg.
I am new to futaba so not sure of what to do, is the link procedure the same as the r7008sb?
I have tried that and it doesnt work. I only get a red light
When im in system what setting should it be 7 fasst or other. The 7fasst doesnt have a link icon?
Could someone explain the procedure? Perplexed

Press the link button on the rx until it goes green

Radio on radio off... power receiver first then radio???

Power on the Tx then put it into linking mode when it starts beeping power on the Rx, should get a green light fast...

so after many attempts of trying to link in 7 fasst mode it won't but did link in multi mode. Bilnking green light

I had same problem. I finally got it to work in 7ch.. just held button on rx down for 5 seconds and it took.. 6303 doesn't link like the rx that comes with 14sg.
