I'm using Hitec 5085 (digital hs85's) on cyclic which I reckon are great if you dont want to mod the frame and Futaba 9650 on the tail which is fine though I'll go for the 9257 next being faster and still with enough torque.

Im currently running Futaba 3102;s on my cyclic, I thought about upgrading them to something newer and faster but just havn't gotten around to it yet. I am running a 9257 on the tail and it is super quick!

HS81MGs and a 3700G on the tail. Was thinking about trying out the new 85MG's, or the JR3517's. The 81's aren't too bad, and for the price hard to beat.

I was looking at the new JR8517s as well Ron, but the price is steep for mid-size servos.

Default its worth the extra money

at $85.00 you wont have to rebuild a servo or burn one out. They truly are super fast, and all I have to base on comparison are 8717's. if you have a 2048 resolution reciever and trans you will have super fine movement, zero deadband and as fast a cyclic as most people can handle. It took me about 2 hours of hand filing to make them fit, the biggest worry was not messing up the wires out the back of the servo.its not that much to remove and it does take some effort to get them in, but there solid, consistent and fast as my hands up your sisters pants. hahaha j/k. ohh yeah the servo and tail are more personal preference I have spartan760's and jr 770s on the lepton go for light (ds760).tail servo any fast one will do you can rvrn use a full size if you have problems with cg. I'v used an 810g whwn I had nothing else. now i use a 3500 and i does great. I am sure comparable futaba equip would ork well too. I jave just always used jr.
