I might be missing something here, but the price of the combo with esc and VBar is $2400. The Motor combo is $1500. The only difference I see is the esc and vbar. The esc is $400 and the Vbar is $350. That puts me at $2250 buying them separately.

What am I missing?

I'm not ready to buy one, but I'm researching 700's and the pricing on this seemed odd.

Mikado just created the Motor combo version, recently.
The pricing was done incorrectly there, and Mikado do not want to change it (i assume due to large stock of motors in Potsdam) This leaves the option of buying everything together, for more expensive that piecing out the parts. Not the best answer to provide, im afraid, it's the only one we have. The full combo price won't come down in retail per Germany.
