Default SE blade grip...what balde thickness can I use?
Does anyone know what the gap is on the metal SE blade grips? What I'm trying to find out is if I'm limited on blade choice if the grips are made for 12mm blades. I don't have a set of these but am considering getting a pair if I can use the 14mm blades.

I bought the radix 710mm blades and they are excellant.

their specs:
Root Details
Root: 12mm
Washers included for: 14mm, 16mm, 18mm
Bolt Hole: 5mm
Sleeve inclued for: 4mm bolt

Now I have an SE with metal grips and these blades fit without shims/washers or sleeves.

I know some one is using the Plastic blade grips on larger roots then 12mm with luck. But metal grips are limited to 12mm
