First problem. Wont bind

Well now its starting to feel like a eflight product. Flying in the gym today it was flying good.. Landed on low battery and on next pack it had lost bind. Cant get it to bind again with every trick I can think of. Called up Horizon and they gave me the good old Send it in speech.
It was fun while it lasted... Hope to send it in soon and get it back I was having way to much fun.

Call back and talk to someone else. I called about my 130x and it's super ridiculous drift problem. I was told to send it in as well. So I called back and talked with someone else who agreed with me that something was wrong with the board. So he sent me a new one, thanks again!

Guess what new board works great no drift. Anyway point of the story is do't listen to the guy you just talked to. The first guy I talked to was a real tool. First bad experience I have had with HH support. But, when I called back they helped me out. Hope they help you

I asked about just sending a board..said the board was not even available yet due to how new the product is.

Did you try to bind w/ rudder stick holding to the right?

Tried both right left new model all the tricks. Works fine on everything else.

Have you tried binding it outside? I've had a lot of problems getting mine to initialize near wifi.

Oh, I have that problem too! All it takes is one skeptical glance, and it won't initialize indoors.

Does it bind with DSMX normally? By looking at the promo test video of DSMX I get the impression wifi shouldn't be a problem. They made it look like no issues at all with the DSMX protocol even with the whole range is saturated.

Edit to say, how's the irony in having a heli meant for indoors that doesn't handle wifi, if that happens to be the case. Now days everyone have wifi, or their neighbors have. There's probably some kind of 5ghz signal, wifi or not, even at the park. It's like having a boat that doesn't handle water.

It wad bound and flying great with my dx7 had about 10 flights before it crapped out.

Talked to horizon again who called my lhs and arranged to exchange it for a new one. Gotta give them a a+ on service for that one. Should be picking it up Wednesday night. Can't wait I was having alot if fun with the little thing. Glad I got my x5 to keep my occupied

Have you tried switching to a new profile? Or a few different profiles? My MCPX has locked up 2 profiles on my DX6i, and when it happened I had to try another. The previous ones are also now completely unusable too, oddly.

Mine did the same thing tonight. I am using a brand new dx7s, took it out back to fool around a bit and it wouldn't connect. I tried to rebind it, it initialized and went bat crazy and shot up and hit the overhang of my roof. This thing was awesome until this happened.

This is not good. Especially for us in remote countries that imported one to bypass the very slow local market.

Just got off the phone with horizon and they are sending a new main board. I appreciate the service, but now I get to wait again...
