I finally got my hands on a Mini P a few weeks ago.... Bought it used, no electronics. Its been airborne a couple weeks now. First as flybar, then finally fbl.
The thing flies nice and smooth..... no annoying gear noise.

What's not to like? I have an Ikon V1 FBL on the Protos now. The Ikon has already paid for itself ($115) with the successful deployment of the Rescue cycle and successful resolution of what would have been a costly mistake.
I probably should have gone this route in the beginning instead of spending 9 months on a 450SE clone.
