wow j chandler now i love my 300 even more ,and i piled it yesterday trying to get too cute. it s my first one and i started to fly june 10 th ,but i get too attached to my toys.someone tell me it s gonna fly good again

Nice to see the 300x doing it... I have had some odd misc issues with mine now.

Sure enough... after some 3D in a hover... main shaft ... SNAP.. right at the belt/main gear bolt.

Fixed that then the tail servo went out. No crash.. even with the main shaft I was in a hover 3 feet above grass.. not even a scratch. Hit TH even as it hit.

That is two main shafts for me. Now, I still love that heli I think it is the best deal for one out there but odd things do happen.

I think I am going to send the whole thing in. I now do not trust the Beast or the heli yet.

Yes, very good flying! I love some of the turn-arounds you're doing.

What kind of camera setup are you using? I'd love to start shooting more video of my flights so I can critique myself later.

Thanks! ok, now don't laugh.... I have my iphone strapped to the bill of my hat with two ponytail holders.... It's not the most attractive setup, but it works well enough.

Oh wait, you said DON'T laugh.
I've been there, but even worse... I have a ballcap with a hole drilled in it and a bolt stuck through so I can use the tripod mount on my point-and-shoot digital camera for video. The sad thing is the framing almost never is right, and even more sad is my phone shoots better video than my "real" camera.

Man I would have never thought of that in just plain fear of how silly that would look...

I like the 300x so much! Great heli and finally I'm improving on my inverted stuff! Stuck with 25 flight on it! I need to readjust my camera as my inverted hover going closer to the deck!

testing hitec hsg-5084mg tail servo ,it blow out at 2:16 i did have the gain at 30 so needs to be bumped up ,other than that servo held well

Here is a video of my first real 3-D manuvers. Yea, it was cold, hand almost too cold to fly and I was a tad bit nervous. I have discovered that I am a fair weather flyer. Thank goodness, I got the simulator.
