Default No Support for products

Just a warning for everyone looking for a vendor. I have purchased alot of stuff from HeliDirect and was happy until I had problems.1st was a Scorpian Motor that had so much vibration my 450 walked across the table thier responce was to tell me to contact somone else for warrenty service instead of making it right and sending me a new motor in working condition like I paid for. 2nd I purchased 4 Ino-labs digital servos that they had listed as HOT and advertising their great servos.I broke the tail servo when I hooked up a new Gyro and forgot to disconnect the rod when setting it up.When I tried to order new gears to fix it they informed me they are discontinuing the Ino-labs products and won't order parts yet they are still selling them as Hot items. I just feel this is missleading and not supporting the products they sell as they claim on their website. It just seems alot of these places just wat your money and as sonn as you have problems your screwed. So once again be careful who you deal with and if anyone has a good vendor they want to reccomend I'm looking for a new source.

Well if it was purchased with a CC most require a period for return unless it was sold as is. If it was paypal'd you could go the complaint route, since both were defective on arrival.

I have sent you a PM.

This does not surprise me, I have seen this with some manufacturers as well, they do not allow resellers/retailers to do in house returns of their products. It really just depends on the manufacturer. Not a great situation to be in, but it happens.
