Edit: I didn't notice at first it doesn't work in parallel, which is a problem

it will work, if someone can live with the not parallel working of the branches.

this type we have used before we found the tools with parallel pressing branches.

Also I still have my old knipex 87 01 125 in use for smaller motors.

When modified the pliers can be adjusted from 0.12" to 1.1" parallel, in 0.10" increments. So there is about 5 degrees pitch between increments.

I use the 180 myself, there is no need to go for the 150.

Are you guys still into rewinding? Looking for second hand winding tools or someone still doing it.

We are all still winding AFAIK. At least I am. For most US citizens I think most general rewinding threads are on rcgroups.
The topics are antiquated and redundant there so i dont really follow it anymore. Powercrocos secret hiding place in china's cyber space is where his winding friends might be. Don't know and don't trouble myself to find out. .

Anyway I purchased this today because I just cannot take it anymore. Scraping with the exacto, plus I think this does a better more consistent job. 63.00 USD
