What fbl system you using?

I'm leaning towards the ikon for the auto level and hear the governor works great.
I have the ikon on 3 birds 700n, nx4, 550e..love it..use its gov function on both nitros..

Awesome, that's what I wanted to save on extra components.

What did you need for the gov, just the sensor?

I had a mishap with a tail spindle breaking in flight and the crash was actually not that bad for as hard as it hit.
Canopy still whole just trashed, a couple servo horns busted and of course the tail parts that were never found:eek:
Gaui nx4 Crash (0 min 37 sec)

not sure exactly what caused the spindle to snap ( may never know )

Nevermind, my memory had clips of using an AR7100R Receiver without a governor.

I will PM you some day soon for help setting up the gov.

this is what you want....
http://www.heliproz.com/Model-Avioni...info/TMREVGLO/

i also use a fremco pin switch. best thing ever(to me) if the switch would ever fail it will always fail in the ON position. plug in the battery, put the canopy on and thats it. never have to remove the canopy unless you are changing a battery. no holes to cut in the canopy to push any buttons. pull the pin switch and the heli is on, just start spinning the motor over and the rev glo will automatically light the glow plug when it sees the motor spin over.

Bryan, also i see you posted a cable to run power to you FBL unit. if you decide to go with a fremco pin switch it comes complete with 3 servo leads on it(i only use 2 of them) that send power to your unit. they will also put any battery connector on it that you will be using. the web site doesnt list it but you can call them. i think i paid 35 bucks for the set up.

This is the guy who turned me on to it. He posted some pics of it installed. I installed mine the in same area but flat against the bottom frame plate, so I pull my pin out, where he pulls his down. , works great. He also turned me on to the revmax/revglo set up.
