Default Hyperion 720i Duo Balance problem on LH side

I have a 720i Duo charger & when I charge a battery, (that is any battery ) store or discharge one on the left hand charger, the #5 cell lags by 0.02V & leads by the same when discharging? Hence a good battery charges slightly unbalanced through the whole charge & then takes for ever, trying to complete the balance? which of course it never does. un plug the battery & check the cell voltage with a separate meter, when at 98% the #5 cell shows 4.21v, yet the charger still shows 4.18-4.19v
I have one at a time swapped, balance leads, parallel board, used single connections, from LH to RH the problem stay with that LH side. If you get the battery to 98% & swap it to the RH side it balances within second & then show 99% & stops.
It has the latest firm ware & the data screen shows the same problem

Any ideas?

I don't believe that is something that you can adjust, you'll probably have to send in for service or replacement. If its out of warranty it may have to be used as a quick charge unit, no balance charging.

Problem solved, so far

Cleaned all the balance pins with a good contact cleaner & then applied a contact enhancer, all good now
