Default COB LED strips

I saw some of different colors in a members album but not a peep about where to get them. I'm looking for ones of different colors about 4 to 6 inches long that can run off a 3s or 4s battery.
Thanks for any help finding these.

These are chips on board or COB leds. So far I've seen them in basic shapes, disks bars and circles.

If you do a search for "cob led" on either amazon or ebay there are thousands of results and many variations.

Most of the time when a COB lamp says 12v what it really needs is 9 to 11v depending on size and color. An 8 to 20 ohm resistor rated for 2 or 3 watts will keep the lamp temperatures in check.

Wire up 2 of these in series and you can run them off of 3s without a resistor.

Thank you. The Ebay lead is going to the best one for me.

I browse Ebay quite a bit for night flying stuffs. The cob lamps in colors usually come in 14 and 17cm lengths.

I bought a pair of 17cm car fog lamps and easily removed them from their flimsy aluminum frames. Also had to do a better soldering job. They are the ice blue color and stay fairly cool at the full 12.6v.
